No paid placement: no community pays to be listed, featured, or ranked higher on this page. Every listing here appears strictly alphabetically by city — this is an independent reference, not advertising.
A note on pricing: Starting prices are shown for reference only — many operators (especially nonprofit and faith-based communities) don’t publish rates, and third-party figures shift by unit size, care level, and current promotions. Roughly 54 of 119 listings have no published price at all. Treat every figure here as a starting point for a conversation, not a quote — always confirm current pricing directly with the community. See the Source column for where each figure came from.
How this list was built

Each community and data point was checked against the community’s own website or a senior-living directory (A Place for Mom, Caring.com, Seniorly, SeniorLiving.org, or MN.gov Aging & Disability Resources). Where a price came from a third-party site rather than the operator directly, that’s noted in the Source column — treat those as ballpark estimates.

On community links: 77 of 119 community names link directly to the operator’s own website. The remaining 42 currently link to a senior-living directory or a MN.gov licensing record because an operator site wasn’t confirmed yet — those rows carry a small “via [source] — official site not yet confirmed” note rather than being presented as the operator’s own site. We’re working through these directly; if you know the correct site for one of these, let Craig know.

Small residential care homes (typically under ~20 beds) are included when they’re licensed communities; home-care agencies and adult day programs are not. Hamel, an unincorporated part of Medina sharing its ZIP code, is folded into the Medina listings rather than shown separately.

A note on the count: 119 refers to distinct listings in this table, not distinct buildings. A handful of listings — Copperfield Hill, Auburn Homes’ Chaska campus, Whispering Pines, and a few others — combine two or more connected buildings or addresses under one campus name, so the number of individually licensed addresses is somewhat higher than 119.

This directory is reviewed periodically rather than continuously monitored — see the “last updated” date above. Spot something out of date? Let Craig know and it’ll get corrected.
